For like 3 early access updates, chronos would himself also be slowed down for his normal attacks, movement, triggering enemy spawns. I get its normal for a phase transition to take priority but the bug I'm talking about is that he's not getting the normal consummate slowdown himself. The experience that I'm used to, that I don't remember any patch notes listing as an intended change for, is that chronos also gets slowed down. I'm experiencing a different gameplay experience without explanation, and so I initially received that different gameplay experience as a bug.

No. The past 4 times I've got to chronos he's done slowdowns that only affect me, and on my most recent run that I'm extremely buttmad about I was in the beginning of the dodge animation w the torch whisps flying around me when chronos took enough damage to phase transition while I was still slowed+ stuck moving away from safety when he activated an instakill, such that I had no recourse whatsoever. He does the slowdown first, isn't himself slowed ever, then takes damage and activates instakill while I'm still slowed. Phase 2 slow happened, then I dodged him dashing at me with the explosive trail, then chip damage to teleport to the center and do the instakill bc he knew I would dodge. He pulled a nonsense cheese strategy this most recent run that depended upon a bug I'm experiencing that has happened several times in a row.

The "chronos doesn't slow down when he slows Mel down" bug has become central to chronos' strategy against my Mel and I'm weeping and malding that chronos is testing undefeatable strategies on me in specific

I think some of the aspects are gated behind a certain amount of dialogue, not sure if relationship level is involved. Like, I think you have to have talked to NPC at least 4 or 5 times before they will offer the aspect to you

Apollo for the big AoE, Aphrodite for big damage, Hera for Hitch and Born Gain, and it's one of the better weapons to build up Ares on with Plasma and Grievous Blow

aphrodite for normals, apollo for specials, then a mix of aphro, hermes and hepaestus and ares support ones
