It is highly unlikely some stuff has been changed but if you started playing one year and a half ago there have been probably many things that have happened out of order and it may be meaningful to hear them all again.
On the other hand, the grind is real and it is not worth it.

On the third hand, if you are a person who can kill Chronos on a fresh file, I'd say go for it

I used mods just once to make myself unkillable.. and I beat chronos on the first night on a fresh save. - Nothing different at all. - seems like everyone just expected it and didn't even comment on the ffact it was literally my first live run.. nobody acted at all surprised.. no hidden dialogue.. nothing unique happened.

I want to propose a different criticism. I would preferred an inverse to the Reveal Trailer. In the launch trailer, we get no bits of dialogue from Chronos, at all. In fact, I don’t even know if there’s a single bit of dialogue from Chronos in any trailer, but for the Launch specifically, he’s portrayed as this monstrous figure similar to Typhon, when instead he’s a conniving mastermind, or at-least so he claims.
