Ariake is better but you cant activate shinano ijn without sacrificing other dmg

i.e IJN backline or other frontline

for strongholds and arbiter your CV fleet will carry, BB fleet is nust for resistances

CV fleet is much stronger so just overbuff it with helena bellona

#

I mean, go ariake I guess

You have shinano to eventually go for IJN

it's not like bellona does damage, but she is fairly tanky

Helena with manjuu can offtank tho

Dork and Vanny stack, but Dork doesnt do much damage and vanny is relatively low damage amongst the rainbows

I would only use Dork because FDG takes monarch flag spot

Hm.. so later tosa replacement is warkai or NJ and Monarch replacement is FdG dev 30and for vanguard slot just put whatever leveled up since helena roon and ariake is for CV fleet IG?

I think you could clear W13 but that's a bit different for your question

12-1 gives cog chips on top of good exp so
