Shinano I'd recommend, but it might be tough for you to get her limit break right away. You get 1 rainbow bulin from the event, and one from level 100 cruise pass, but if you just started you may not be able to get that far by the end of the month; that leaves 2 months of farming for the last 2 bulins you need

Go as far as you can with 1 fleet, then you might have to build a 2nd fleet

Save up, enty is a extremely great boss carrier from day 1 of the game

Kii, Shinano, Enterprise, Portland, Helena, Laffey is a good enough fleet that you could probably kill all the bosses up to w13 with it, if you have the right gear

If not, it's easily capable of w12

Suzu will be in the middle and works in both boss and mob

Suzu shinano and Kii are only ships really worth going for,if you can kii is also in normal 6 and event shop
