For mob fleet as luo said, z46 is currently your best bet. His entire fleet recommendation is solid, you don't need yuki because you have jervis and soon enough unicorn

Well if you want it go for it, just keep in mind that her 2nd skill is 5% proc chance at lvl 1, 25% at max. So you wanna have a gun with low reload
