I came from AK where every character kinda works so I know that eventually all of my ships will be high leveled, but since I'm kinda short on resource and in the mid game phase where I got no good gear since I can't farm opsiren, is it better to just level eugen for now and building ark royal and jervis came much later when i got 6 of my ships to lvl 125?

I never touch opsi so I'm scared to try it but a lot of ppl are saying the gear lab are the endgame gear
