Want advice on who to really start investing in. I haven’t spent much cog chips or anything like that and wanted to make sure I wasn’t making a mistake with bad roi girls or just bad picks. I’m at chapter 6 but I’m going to push to 8-9 tonight

My current plan is:

Mob-
Hood or Yamashiro META flagship? I have Yama’s skills except 3 up to 5 already and OpSi unlocked
Shouhou into Unicorn retro
Jean Bart

Phoenix
Brooklyn (or a good torp DD? Z46?)
Graf Spee

Boss-
Amagi flag
Vanguard
Saratoga into Illustrious or keep Sara retro

Portland
Laffey Retro
Helena

Any advice/tips welcome.

Uh, even when I turn it on I'm still getting dupes, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong lol

Mob Fleetc: Hood flag, Shouhou -> Unikai asap even for W10/11, yama meta(since you raised her) over jean bart, since JB isnt really general mobbing, more for elite nodes in opsi and events
For Mob vanguard, forget phoenix brook graf and go Jervis, Belfast, Leander (for now, but raise monty/z46, or z23kai/londonkai (heavy investments), whoever you like, all are great choices @sudden maple

Your boss fleet is fine, personally Id try to raise monty to replace Laffey Kai to put laffey in mob instead (with carrot augment)

Boss Fleet: Amagi Vanny Sara Portkai Helena Monty. Sandykai eventually replace monty, but really heavy investment

Nagato, kaga, and hiryuu, should sit on them for awhile. strong IJN fleet needs a bit of synergy

I dont plan to do it anytime soon but is it worth farming akagi at some point since I ended up getting kaga by chance?

Farm up Souryuu instead, Hiryuukai and Souryuukai are stronger duo
