i can bring any ship to lvl 120 before actually going to w13

You’ll also NEED +13 gear minimum if you’re using squishier ships

I can 120 ryuu but i don't want to waste cog chips since someone told me that Percy is a better version of her

If you level Ryuu you can get extra points hitting 120, it can assist your percy and shinano late game

Yup
I advise always trying to level units, even if theyre not gonna be used, simply for those extra stats AND Pr points

But you should work on MLBing her asap because she’s your only good late game tank to replace agir or azuma in w14 or OpSi

I’d prioritise Kronk tbh

I say this because you already have so many top tier BBs levelled and not many good tanks

I recommended aurora for evasion but with seattle you get good AA

This is what i use.
Mob. NJ for heavy mobs and light dps+evasion to clear trash and healers keep them alive since the fights are fast.

My second is a boss BB. Azuma is tanking and then i have helena and buffs so my bbs can clean the boss.

My next is for heavier bosses, a bit tankier and very offensive.

My third is CV + AA, noshiro for trash mobs.

Yes. But you should always equip cats even if they’re blue

Cats build exp that way and you can insta level good cats when you get them 🙂

Your fleets are too bad, i think you just lack the replacements to make them really shine. For now I’d leave them be

When it came to my cats i levelled blues in OpSi and fed them into the ssr cats i got afterwards (ironically from farming cat paws in OpSi)

Since your mob is pretty solid I’d put elite or blue cats in it since they’re gonna level the most there

Filling those slots is always better than leaving them, and they function as exp banks for future cats
