DDs already have ALOT of RLD, not worth it try to stack it more, +HIT = more Crit chance
on easy way to say
HIT > RLD
but not enough to make HIT valid as talent on meowfficers cuz is way to low value

I'm not aware of there actually being a talent that covers all vanguards
if not I'll probably take HP and TRP until you get a better cat, since Justice is kind of meh without much use of a mainly DD fleet

that is exactly the point, DD meowfficers are plain useless, but if its for buff Shima, its somehow worth it, so keep trying to roll a Flames+Heart of Torpedo on it

the TRP + HP one will be easier to reroll though plus HP is at least somewhat more useful for DDs

I find that getting an actual good Bishamaru without sakura talent is like the hardest thing in this game xD
