But for now a working fleet that won't randomly explode could do something like this

Main Fleet
Flag QE (She has HMS buff and is decent BB too)
Indomie (Carrier DPS)
Unicorn (Sustain for longer maps - Getting her Retrofit is priority)

Vanguard
Portland (Sturdy tank, even sturdier when Retrofitted - This is priority)
Z23 (Strong DD DPS into midgame, get her retrofitted up as well)
Monteplier (Overall strong CL)

Oya you might wanna start looking into leveling an alternate fleet soon since most maps prefer 1 fleet to mobbing and 1 for bossing
