Fleet 3 is boss CV 1

Would you prefer fleet 4 to be another pure BB boss fighter or would you like it to be a CV fleet that is all cv or centered on Nagato?

their job is to back up one of your main anti boss fleets, i.e. a second ap/he fleet to exploit boss vulnerability/hull type

as much possible, immediately usable, this is why i tried to pick mlb ships with reasonable levels

you want some future ships to work on or something, because there is a bunch of ships you can "upgrade" to down the line

well vanguard for one, she can take big mamie's spot in the bb fleet

#

suzutsuki is another strong destroyer that can be an alternative to abruzzi in the torpedo fleet 4

#

when you have hakuryuu dev 30, she can also slot into what would be kii's spot in fleet 4 to turn this hybrid/bb fleet into a more carrier focuse one.

#

howe and duke of york can also go with vanguard and take over the fleet 4 backline to turn it into another solid full bb bossing fleet that's okay with using HE or AP ammo (Big Mamie can take her old spot back then with NJ and PoW)

#

Volga is an alternate for Aquila in your Mobbing fleet

#

Seydlitz is an alternate for both Richelieu and Monarch, this time around, she can just change her guns to adapt to weakness instead of switching out with another ship

#

Amagi is the same deal too, but more defensive

#

Ticonderog is a good alternative to Essex in the cv fleet, and she is more single-target focused

#

I think that's the most beneficial ones you can work on for now
