Monitors like Abercrombie, Terror and Erebus aren't really used anymore since we have oil cap mechanics that make sortie oil cost cheaper.

Heavy cruiser like Houston and Indianapolis, are easy to get back later since they drop in easy places, so they can be retired until you have more room or need them later.

Ning Hai and Ping Hai are okay tanks, but they are in guild store but require retrofit as well as ship Yat Sen to be useful, maybe when you get Yat Sen, you can buy back Ning Hai and Ping Hai from guild store if you plan to retrofit them and use them as tank.

Nelson and Rodney are not very strong battleship and don't get much use in later world, if you don't need them you can retire them, They are also easy to get back from drops.

Exeter is not a very strong heavy cruiser and is available in campaign world to farm when you want her back

Memphis is also in guild store and not very strong so you can also retire her and is easy to get her back.

Oklahoma and Nevada are easy to get and very common, until you plan to retrofit them you can retire them and just use them as enhancement material.
