I use all of them in the same fleet but shinano does almost always less dmg than both ark and enty and I don't think that's normal + i'm not sure if the gear can be better and I have some circuit boards to craft ju/ryuu (i don't have any crafted thats why Shinano has tenzan kai)

ya sure, should I build a ju and give one to shinano and in the other slot a wyvern? or is wyvern for bossing bad? also someone suggested me to use double torp for bossing

Difference ain't that bad considering that shinano has bad TB compared to ark royal
The problem is just the quality of the gear you're using

idk I see a lot of screenshots where shinano easily does 100k+ in an airstrike

They have a much more better fleet than yours
And completed gears, such as using tenrais+junkers
It's even possible for a fleet to deal 1.48M damage in just 2 waves of airstrikes
