Its pretty hard

i would grind 1-4 for a bit for more levels and maybe some ship drops

this early on, just a handful of levels should be enough

also the purple bulin on the first fleet isn't helping

they are used as material to limit break/ascend ships they hardly contribute in battle

hammann or shropshire would be more helpful

i think level 20 ships should be enough to clear w2

visiting the guild shop and getting unicorn and maybe shouhou will help too

they are healers and let your ships last longer

For you best gear, equip Montpelier and Deutschland with the best you can put on them since they will take the brunt of the fighting, put the leftovers on z23 and little cheshire

same with priority in enhancement
