you can clear stages and get those 3 stats slowly, or you can spend tokens at the blue docks to buy "tuning sample"

you can change jervis with helena,
swap out amagi with indomitable, instead of cleveland you can use bellona from the current event milestone
if you have 3 CV + belona + helena
it should be able to clear bosses/harder enemies easier

zeppelin could go with bismarck, but ideally you want one more KMS CV to justify it tbh.. imo hood is still a damn good pick now, due to her barrage (for mob fleet imo)

your mob fleet could be: vanguard, uni, indept, port retrofit, london retro/ laffey, jervis
its abit weird for an UR to be in mob
but it'll be easier to just use your 2nd CV fleet to deal with the harder bosses
once you get stronger BB then you can build a boss fleet with hms vanguard in the team
or if you want, your boss could be: vanguard, enty, formi(ideally ark royal), jervis , helena, bellona

why ark royal instead of formi: formi damage really drop off hard in the harder content, meanwhile ark royal retrofit is like the good till end game unit that slows

i would say monarch
so it would look smth like: flagship monarch, unicorn, indept - portland, london and bel
there are better choice, but im just gonna give you what you have/can get easily
so basically if you want a mob template, flagship BB with good barrage, a healer, a secondary healer / aoe damage unit like CV ------ main tank, damager, sub tank
secondary healer being units like volga / ryuuhou

basically use it as a reference
ideally you wanna level up units that will be useful till the later stage of the game
hence why units like prinz eugen, the elite rarity metas are not a good pick
