if you struggle with AA, before sandy retrofit is done, vanguard, hood/warspite and centaur as backline, portland, helena and san fran should be okay for boss fleet

Indep is obtainable in the core shop, and she's very good in W13 and in general

Quick note on Cognitive Arrays: You'll need to be way more selective with those compared to cog chips. I noticed you used them on Erebus and Cassin, and I would say those weren't good choices for it
