I’ve tried kitakaze around for a bit but she just gets hit way too hard

putting your most fragile ships where they are most likely to get hit is part of what is hurting yo my friend

portland does well as a boss tank, neptune's zombie skill is better for mobbing

neptune kita duca would make a more reliable mobbing front imo

let neptune get hit with duca's anti torp damage reduction

portland can shield swiftsure and kitakaze

kitakaze can be hardened with double toolbox

in harder content, survivability is a bigger deal than being burstier with damage since fights can get long

they are okay on dd in the middle between tanks

double torp dd are powerful, but if they get hit they get hurt bad

She’s really only there for the bossing anyways

Duca is very clutch and I had her at level 1 for the longest time because I didn’t know how good she was lol

She’s definitely clutch in terms of mobbing

yeah how tough she is has been hammered into me seeing her with noshiro all the time in pvp

toolbox and hydraulic steering yes

beaver and hydraulic works too, especially for boss front

she's good but i saw her as level 90, i picked ships closest to the level requirement

so you get the level req satisfied

if she had levels i would have picked her over neptune
