well, will be expenssive but will be a investment, u can spend ur oil at B3 with ur fleets, use them till them get tired them swap to use the "rested one" to mobs and "tired one" to boss, like this u will get some levels and will be ok to farm points and get lvl mechanics

so its more a optional* investment, she will be droped (on gaemplay wise) once u got ur UR/DR ships
