basic rule of thumb, one tank, 2 dps or 1 dps and 1 utility. I try to go with ships with mixed functions. EG Heinrich is tank af but also has really decent damage. Same with roon
Zeppy buffs my roon who is tank but also does pretty okay damage, I'm a simp for her too so she's mostly waifu

Perseus makes PVE content trivial so you'll be fine using her in most fleets

core data cant really be helped but time gated cuz you can only do 3 hardmode story stages per day
so other than that just use what i told you and level them up.
