A lot of choices including Nagato are because you have no bulins and Percy already needs 2.

Ok so to summarize my boss fleet should be nagato impero , ShangriLa,portland laffey and pompeo

And my mob fleet should be Percy Sara Phoenix Helena and z23

In this comp who should hood and seyd (when i get her from either drop or shop ) both replace

hood is used in mob

unless you have a hood dupe for some reason, I wouldn't use hood over howe

And I definitely wouldn't commit to all battlecruisers and not raise any battleships. You're just going to screw yourself on hard mode requirements

I actually have a lot of hood dupes

Just checked and i have 2 hood dupes

And 2 Howe dupes

So i guess i stick with Howe

hood has the wide barrage

lut is slightly worse hood due to having the izumo issue

Saint Louis would help your fleet. You need a chonky ship to replace one of the destroyers or raise a better light cruiser. Consider Emden especially if you use Seydlitz. Planes aren't a big issue again until Chapter 12. The transition is going to a little rough because you are integrating several low level ships into existing high level fleets.
