unicorn will be put there if needed, my view got narrowed when i see howe's buff for bb/bcs so thats my formation for now

Alright, here's the fixes, you probably won't like 'em
Mob:
Hood+Unicorn+Independence(retrofit her ASAP) with Phoenix, emden, monty
Boss:
Howe, Ark, Essex(mostly a lack of better options tbh) with Portland, Helena, z23. Replace z23 with sandy after retrofit.

it's not ideal but it's what you have, you'll mostly have to refactor once you get to w13 for more AA. But get started on PR for that ASAP
