ancho and sf can be your tanks, or you can use kron as tank to use sf in off-tank slot

richy vv aquila kron duca sf for 3rd fleet
or you can do richy vv howe if you wanna bring 3 BBs, vv will only get one 40% cut to first salvo without aquila but it should work

I haven’t seen achor be put into one of those fleets unless I EN’d
