he is on W5, so i dont think its a thing use only 1 fleet

i recomend 2 fleets, but that will need a bit of farming on them since i use many lvl 1 ships that u have it

u can try farming saratoga while using the fleets i say a bit above

that will be a gud way to farm XP a bit with them
