If you just got fdg and sanrui I doubt you have their dev level up so don't use them

You have a lot of good ships not lb so do you want to wait to lb them or just go with what you have

I would like to have the best and safest fleet for PvE so dont mind using material to upgrade

But want to be sure about wich formation is good otherwise ill just waste time and msterials

Also think you can raise noshiro up and replace minne with her

#

I don't really know if noshiro or portland is tankier for the boss tank position so didn't include her in WarShrug

For mob fleet if hood alone can't take care of the suicide boats then put warkai in, else use indep

And if your backline is dying put fire extinguisher on them

gear-wise is generally got to assign SR gear and upgrading it to the maxim possible or should I aim for some specific equipment?

For bb gun in w10 use HE gun, on shelling ship use triple 406 mk6, on barrage ship like hood use purple twin 410
