those will last you a long time

Vanguard: tankiest (tank) - squishiest - second tankiest/squishiest (off-tank)
Your Portland is the "off-tank" when she should be the tank, with Laffey in the middle and Helena off-tank
You also want Hood as your flagship, as her barrage is dependant on her position

Cruiser Gears for a Longe time will be Navy Camo and Toolbox for Mobing and Camo/Hydraulic for Bosses

2 first are Blue, and third is purple, but u is a begginer so isnt bad use a blue toolbox for a time till u get enough Purple Toolboxes
navy camo and Hydraulics are worth it to +7 and purple boxes to +10, give priority to enhance ur main ships gears

One dedicated to mobbing, the other bossing. Both Hood and Perseus would want to be in the mobbing fleet

Also, I would recommend not using a single Bulin or skill book on Prinz Eugen, as she'll be replaced later. She can tank, but has no real utility or damage, and so is pretty bad

too many investment on placeholders for a begginer ... and have a new event this thurs, so imo dont spend gold bullins on ships that arent that much usefull

so cut out the gold ones to reduce investment (specially about gold bullins) to a future have some to change for usefull ships

if u gona lvl/farm and u already have the map clear cut the cost of ur fleets to max ur potential to get gears and at same time more XP;Oil
