Hm. First off, your first two fleets looks weird. Mostly because the composition don't really show what you want to do specifically with those.

You already have Kaza and Noshiro on the CV fleet. Bel is fine, but you may want to have a better tank and put Noshi off tank (swapping her with another CV buffer like Sirius isn't exactly a bad idea either), preferrably either pure tank like Azuma or AA defense like Cheshire.

no need. as good as indep is, you already have Shinano and Enty to give you the damage in your CV fleet.

Unless you want to experiment a bit with the idea to clear mobs fast.

I would recommend to raise Sirius for the CV fleet.

Tho you'll also need a tank for it later on. For now ou may as well go torp meme with Noshi, Kaza, and Ayaya (doesn't hurt when they can get Shinano's buff)

For your Fleet 1, which I assume to be a HE focused, you will need another BB. Usually we will recommend Richy because of her preload (and you can put Saint Louis in there as well as an off-tank so that she can enjo Richelieu's buff)

but since she's pretty much still locked, the best you can get is a partial KGV-class comp for HE, consisting of Warspite, Howe, and Duke of York. Technically you can put Prince of Wales in, but she's powercrept hard and needs a full USN front line.

well, Baltimore is more fragile than Portland Kai despite her offensive capabilities. So you may want to swap their postitions for the time being until you can get better tank

personal little shuffle suggestion, I'd like to see Kronk in the carrier fleet if you want to make use of her off-grind accuracy buff for BBs

it doesn't have any proper tanks either as it is now, so Kronk could work for that job, altho she does still need some leveling

Technically Kronk is a better mob tank tho she can boss tank just fine.

For tanking? she can't sponge too much damage for a CA. Minneapolis can do a better job for that.

Kronk could tank for carrier fleet

alternatively you could do the same with shuffle with Baltimore instead of Portland, Balti does get some tank as long as there is no EU carrier in the fleet

but currently there is Enty so she will buff her instead

Helena is more a personal preference if you want to run her with BBs or Carriers, but personally I feel like she's far more easy to time with carriers

especially with how barrage heavy your current fleet 3 is, she'll have 1 scan in time, maybe two with SG Radar, but rest will be missed if you use barrage guns (which you kind of should for NJ and Monarch)

and those will net you tech points

ships squared with green, you should focus getting them leveled up asap aswell

all of them are important ships for harder content

Aurora little more niche than the others, but still very useful

from PR ships, Anchorage, Seattle and Kitakaze are something I very much suggest try get your hands on to aswell

luckily both factions have white scrap ships laying around everywhere so just get them up to lvl 70 and max LB them with their abundant copies for fleet tech points

Seattle has natural -15% damage taken when she's at off-tank spot, and she gets another -5% damage taken from New Jersey

she's made for off-tanking in NJ's fleet

Anchorage will eventually take over tanking job from Baltimore

and Kitakaze will be amazing addition to your mob fleet over Laffey

according to it 11-1 is still best for exp

12-1 isn't too far behind, if you're also after cog-chips

but at some point you just don't need more

because you'll have more than you can spend them

if you need cog chips, then absolutely 12-1 over 11-1

but if you only need exp, 11-1

Seattle is very good off-tank, Anchorage is arguably the best main tank in game

Anchorage has a button which lets her to just straight up ignore all damage for 2 seconds

so you can use it on hard to avoid stuff if you play manual

but even in auto it's fine to have

even if it always isn't as effective

yes, all DDs, and all also monsters for damage

Kitakaze not as huge on damage, but she has the benefit of being able to slap everyone equally, while most ships have specific armor type they excel against

she has a skill that equalizes her gun damage to be same against all armor types

I'm just super hype for Emden, her history and story is already rich and amusing as hell for the time of war

and the way they incorporated that history to be the two "sides" she effectively had to her into the illustration

regardless how good she is, I'll be getting her to usable level
