CV boss: ark royal retrofit enty centaur/indep retrofit portland baltimore(if you using indep) sirius for example
last fleet you can do a lot of stuff with it
maybe a kms fleet with something like
biskmark graf zep, get august in pr4 + 3 vanguard
or a ijn fleet: nagato CV duo like crane + 3 other vanguarrd
or collab ship fleet
french fleet(although you dont have riche)

aquilla and perceus probaly best invest
for pr/dr
hakuryuu and agir and anchor and august if you like kms cv fleet
cheshire if you want to make w13 easy mode but i not going to bother
Dev 30 fdg is a menance in w14 too
but i would do pr4 first
