im not sure if NS is still sitting on their t2 exp books or not, i know they got the 70 cmd boost, which is why they hit the w9 wall without a 2nd fleet

so if my math is right you can still boost 6 ships to about lvl 65 if you choose to

though you may not want to boost ships you wont continue to use. having 1.35m exp in the bank is something to consider

you don't really need to give much headache on fleet lineups for farming low maps, my suggestion is going for 6-3, there you can also get Triple 406mm guns for BB

note: while safe may ensure that auto 1 fleet might work, its only a temporary solution, w10 is going to be very hard without a 2nd fleet.

w10 has 6 battles before the boss and no ammo nodes, w10 is going to be prohibitively hard without a 2nd fleet set up

Monarch is not going to be an instant solution to your problem (though a dev ~20 monarch is probably still better than Rodney, just not competitive with modern SSR's until dev 30)

If we go partial fleets... move Percy to mob, raise phoenix, yamashiro meta or little renown, and put phoenix and z23 in front, you would only need to exp pack 3 ships. percy is strong enough to carry the lack of full fleet for at least a few fights, if not a full mob clear

last 2 slots are more flexible, QE works, Saratoga works, Shigure works if you want a torp stat padder

A lot of advice will revolve around how soon you want to clear higher content, Like if you wanted to make a 2nd fully functional fleet TODAY the choices are going to be different vs girls who need more investment though retrofits or farming

The only constant in all the advice is phoenix, you have no better mob tank option Percy and Phoenix can make up the core of your mob fleet and the rest REALLY doesnt matter nearly as much

The hyper impatient speed run tactic would be to take percy from the boss fleet, and spend your t2 exp packs across 4-5 ships, one of which is phoenix, **somehow limit break them all with the coins you dont have, ** bring a world 9 stage to safe, then start spamming it with the mob fleet set to do escorts to start bringing them the rest of the way to level parity with your boss fleet

9-1 safe is doable with lvl 70 MLB mob fleet thats well geared, Percy should compensate for gearing issues
