Can I see your entire dock? Or at least all UR and SR. Because some of the best ships are event/PR locked so you might not have what we suggests.

you'll want healers like perseus, ryuuhou, unicorn, or shouhou in your mob fleets
it'll help when enemies get more tougher

Yeah now one of the most hard part is reaching the boss with a good quantity of hps

Enterprise can work in both fleets but prefers being in mob where her skill is alot more effective
Independence is really good
Bremerton and Adalbert are good tanks
Hood is a really solid flagship even though she's slightly dated
Ingrahm has good utility
z46 can deal with medium armor enemies quite well

So watching the ships I've got can you suggest me 2 formations?
I know peobably theres no universal fleet for all stages but I guess that a good one can stand most of pve
Also how much the gear does the difference? Since now I just give them the rarest I have and upgrade them when I can

since i see that you have a good amount of HMS ships fairly leveled up, id suggest you consider putting Cheshire on your PR list because she will be a major help in W12-13
