Didn't want to slot in Kita unless she's FS5 cause of survibability issues since she needs the lead ship for the boost on dmg. SL works at dev 26 since she's pretty tanky cause of her evasion skill
Also the reason why I'm not reccomending much DD's is that they're really squishy on OPSi battles
You generally want CA's for tanking and CL's as off tanks
