Anyways. I need help creating a second fleet. Current fleet is Perseus, Rodney, Howe, Javelin, Helena, and Portland

Well, can say that when you do make a seperate mobbing and bossing fleet, Perseus will easily move to your mobbing fleet. Also, I'd agree with Lanius's choices
