I would recommend build 1 mob fleet with healer like Ryuuhou (or get Persius tommorow), and 2 boss fleets, one full BBs, and one full CV.
For BB I'd say Monarch, UvH and Tosa or Jean Bart.

For CV, Independance, Enty and Essex

i prefer using indep in mob, so would indep uvh ryuuhou be the alternative? so then boss CV would be enty centy ark
