Don't use Ryuusei on Ryuuho, she needs a fast parallel TB to proc her healing as well as mobbing. Gold Barracudas or something will do better.

yea, cuz i was thinking that if on ectl it says that ark with two saiun can sync with 3 barrel BB shots, then it'd be a good idea to focus

Avengers topped on purple, unless you mean the gold one from the Microlayer Medley event, which works.
the gold Cudas are faster, and unless you have the fancy to run on Wyverns, they are perhaps gonna be your mainstay mobbing TBs on ships other than Independence (who can work wonders with a Skypirate).

My take? swap San Fran with Kron, then put san Fran in Baltimore's position.
tho her skills can do different things depending on her position. Off tank will give her an FP buff, while in the middle she can heal your front liners.

if you have a ship with ARA (Air Raid Assistance) skill (preferrably Kazagumo but she's event-locked), or Sirius, swap Monty with them.
No need to worry about Balti's buff once you have either.

for now she has the best Air Raid skill.
You can use Sirius, since her buff affects your CV's AVI stat.
btw, if you think your Sanrui doesn't tank well, swapping her with San Fran also works.
