she should survive sp3 as long as she doesn't really get hit

since you have already oathed eugen you can go for her or replace eugen with Downes(since she's pretty high level and might help in early farming)and limit break laffey

combat data packs help with the exp in the short run but they're a bad idea to use

for pr1 ships you can get whatever ship you want
