since you actually have a lot of ships, it'll be the quickest if you went through each category in this and then work on uncapping one by one

for your UR ships you definitely wanna get new jersey uncapped first, after that i'd suggest shinano but you can work on kron or shima if you like them too

as for your gold ships, check out the link, read their descriptions and then work on the ships 1 by 1 depending on:

how much you like this ship
how strong they are
as long as your ships are level 90+ you won't have problems with w11
just make sure you're not getting burned to death on your backline

11-1 and 12-4 are the sweet spot

if you want easy grinding then it's either 11-1, 12-4 or 13-4

#

11-1 has best xp:oil ratio, 12-4 and 13-4 have lower ratios for xp:oil but much more coins, and also faster xp

12-4 is 2k coins per clear, 13-4 is 3k coins per clear

nagato akagi kaga works as a backline fleet all through 12-1 to 13-4 but there's other better options and you've got some real good stuff that you should raise like pasta ships, nj, perseus, shinano etc etc

buy UR bulins for your gacha UR ships (NJ, Shinano, Kronstadt, Shimakaze)
FdG can't be uncapped with them because she's a DR ship

also yeah just buy the URins and uncap your ships
since you have 23k and 3 URins already, that's just nice 8 of them so you can uncap NJ and Shinano
