i will build ur fleets, take a note about gears, gears are way more important than ships, and gold dont mean that is gud, some purple/blue are better than alot of gold gears ...

Mobs ( I trully recomend u to lvl ur Phoenix, she is a gud mobber tanker, cuz she can deal dmg tank well and have a better DPS than Eugen as exemple)

(the reason i'm avoiding gold ships is cuz all ships MLB and u many gold coins for it, aside of it ships like Takao, Atago, Eugen are expenssive and arent that gud ...)

ships really wanna MLB to be usefull... dont ignore MLB, specially for Main Ships (Backline)

Gears in red not recommended or u lack them but its easy to craft and drop it, if lack purple use it blue
Orange gears are transitional gears, u dont need to care about them for now, but ideally u wanna change it
unicorn lacks a gear, can be same as others CVs (like Volga, Enty ...) Blue or Purple will be fine
On Hood and Rossiya u wanna them with Twin 410 Purple
all gears have recommended lvl of enhance (+10, +6, +3 etc...)
btw i made a minor chance on fleet, cuz i forgot about Helena

u can use Portland as Well but u already have to work on several Retrofits, like Laffey as priority and Helena after it
but Portland its a real gud tanker and she is cheaper, she have a similar dmg than Roon, but its cheaper than her, and as u Roon lacks MLB i'm avoid using her since she lacks a % of her potential ...

yeah... but u already have 2 potential better ships than portland, one is Kronshtad, Other is Roon ... she isnt far to be completed
she is at least D20 so just few more BPs purchased by coin and u will be fine with it
for other hand on CLs u basically have Helena (that isnt tanker) Leip (that isnt tanker either) ... and Phoenix on some niche cenarios can be usefull ...
but u can also works on or Portland on commissions and keep her as a emergencial ship if needed

talking about that Hyuuga is a Nice BB, and work towards Monarch as ur Priority ship ... she will be perfectly for u, u lack a Bb for Bosses, and monarch is exactly this

well, rn i really dont recommendu farm for her, work on reach at W9 at least, there have a special mechanic that helps ALOT farm for coins and XP...

if u arent on Sp4 u can sure go for it with this fleets ... Sp4 mobs/boss are around 80 ...
so will be easy for u
