I think this might have been the main problem, forgot to put a gun on sandy

I think I'll change the radar for black bullet on NJ and equip the gun on Sandy. Maybe give Enterprises the same purple dive bombers Shinano has.

Change entys dive bomber for a helldiver

Give Shinano a fighter plane (hellcat, seafang etc)

Give sandy a gun

Give helena survival aux, give sandy survival aux
