Don't worry about the guild boss raids, especially because you can lend your guild mate ships for the fight if yours aren't up to the task

Plus guild missions and raids are mostly for plates and guild points anyway (unless your friends are obsessed with guild tech) so it's not like min maxing for it is important

Also, like I said, you can use your guild mates' ship up to 3 provided they contribute for support.

Mob: Ulrich or Hood (only if you put Ulrich on Boss)-Unicorn-Volga or Illustrious, Portland (retrofit)-Laffey or Z23-Belfast or Magdeburg

She can do both, but one of her skill benefitted her off flag becaus she can fire faster at the cost of damage, which is detrimental when you have 0 ammo during clearing.
Hence why I put her off-flag in boss fleet

Nagato/Nugget is the premier IJN buffer, you will want her if you plan to build an IJN focused fleet.

You can pair her with any Sakura/IJN carrier pairs. The foxes (akagi+kaga), bunnies (Souryuu+Hiryuu), cranes (Shoukek+Zuizui)., for starters.
