Portland its a gud ship, better than pratically all ur VGs for tank, and she still have a decent dmg output

well, imo u can buy Portland from Guild Shop (u start with 4k guild coins)
she is needed for begginers quest, and its a real gud tanker, aside that what healer u wanna use it ? Shouhou or Unicorn ?

Work on JeanBart to MLb her fast as u can, Yorktown isnt very gud, i'm using her just because she is lvled enough to be used, but dont push much with her on it, she can work, but not a a huge help, Work on ur Kron as well, she need MLB as well...

dont need to stick at it, its just because u lack gud BBs, and for now JB is ur best option

gud luck, u can try get something like Hyuuga from exchange ... also u can w8 for Warspite showup on Exchange, but Warspite need her Retrofit to be real gud, and its real expenssive for a begginer

she isnt in ur prints ...
she is a decent ship and can help with a bit, she buff others BBs and have a decent dmg output

just dont make her Retrofit until she gets Lvl90 and u can do it all at once

she lose much on a beggining of her retrofit and only start to be worth in the end once she gets her skill and byunch of mgm eff%

Minne isnt bad, but at ur stage of game i dont recomend lvlher, in a future once u have bunch Gold Bullins and need a tanker for Mob u can use her
Z23 is real gud DD
Shigure somehow can work for Torp Fleet and TRP Stat Pad(For HM and Event HM)
Yamashiro also works as Poverty BB, but u already have Hyuuga, so not real need of it
Shouhou is a Healer, she can be usefull in a future once Unicorn hits 120

use this one at least to make some commissions and get some level slowly, can help u in a future once u need them
