Cruisers... they arent a gud point to be buffed by cats... and i'm totally SUS to talk about Cruisers one...

dont focus on VGs Cats ...

but this cat its a bit out of focus ... Cruisers cats are either Torp focused or Gun focused, mixed ones arent gud, so this one is a bit trash for dont focus

locked to KMS ships, and still not real good, cuz RLD talents arent necessary needed for BBs, since majority of cotents are we need them they cannot be used
but still more important than HIT one
decent, but can be better if isnt a KMS talent there

yeah, i work on my cats that have a decent start refreshing them everytime they got a bad talent
i'm at idk 100x times reseting my Antenna and still bad rolls
