i would run shinano centaur perceus for mob
and
howe/warkai essex saratoga for boss

mob: shinano perceus centaur
minnea isuzu yukikaze
boss: howe or warkai saratoga essex
portland helena cheshire

ur initial fleet is still good yea
there is no nerf or buff to ship or w13
so thing that work before is still work today
