Ideally you would have Cheshire for W13 but as you don't, I would just raise Indep and Centaur as high as possible

in that mob fleet you posted earlier, you also used yuki and shima with monty. I really like Shima in boss fleets personally and I'd swap Portland in instead. Or keep shima in place and swap yuki.

tbh centaur with its double fighter loadout and wyvern as torpedo bomber will probably help you out alot ~

Realistically with the current event going on I wouldn't bother with pushing w13, especially not with your current fleets. Take the time to level ships and get back to pushing in the future

this event won't be back for another 2 years with our current event backlog, whereas w13 will be here as long as the game is around

the OpSi port shops are a fixed pool of items, and if you buy the shops out consistently each month you can clear them all by the 20th of each month, give or take

also focusing torps in gear lab is an odd decision at best

the rainbow sub torp is literal trash and the quint magtorps aren't a huge step up from the gold quads

whereas the wyvern is easily the best parallel torp bomber in the game by a fairly wide margin

rainbow quints aren't a high priority. They're not a big upgrade over the gold quads
