you already have ryuuhou leveled so theres no real need to wait for percy leveling

you should also level portland

and helena as well is a nice option to have

but you should focus on 2 good fleets before expanding further

Hey so I ended up getting that UR ship
Who should I replace?

Ideally you replace portland in fleet 1, and move portland down to fleet 2 and replace brooklyn/belfast

UR she will be your main tank, she extreme good in boss and mob fleet. Now you need to get her gun in event shop

to maximize her power
