@rare sky as long as Portland is not done with her retrofit, use Z23 as boss tank and Portland as mob tank. Switch them back when retro is done

Long term development: Hood, Ark Royal, Saratoga, Takao, San Diego, Sirius, Ayanami

You probably need to switch Chappy and Helena until Helena has more levels and drop down to 6-1 for them and Unicorn to survive. Ultimately you need to replace Eugen with Takao but that will take awhile. Also, you may just be able to swap to Kronshtadt if you can hold out that long.
