Fleet 3: Talinn? Helena, Sirius? I don't see any Air Raid Assistance ships, would prefer to have Kazagumo or Curlew instead of Sirius there.

I'd put that with my BBs, because I use Helena for my CVs
AP BBs with Noshiro/Jintsuu/Shima.
HE BBs with Azuma/Kitkat/Sanrui
CV with Tank/Helena/Sirius

Jint main gun isnt optimal
Idk if you have good august timing
Swap the toolbox from kita and the muse dress on helena
Replace the torp bomber on aquila with something else
Replace the torps on poi kai and magde with something better
