Okay, gimme a few mins to gather what are good ships to focus on

  • Helena, always a good choice for boss fleets
  • Hood, a solid flagship barrager
  • Noshiro, good mob tank
  • Portland, good cheap tank
  • Ryuuhou, good healer
  • Tashkent, good gun destroyer
  • Enterprise, a good boss carrier
  • Centaur, a good buffing carrier for a boss fleet
  • Chapayev, good gun CL
  • Illustrious is good when you need air cover, which I am guessing you do not need right now, you may need her in W12-13
  • Warspite, with retrofit she's a quite good sheller without better options
  • U-81, a core wolfpack sub
  • U-96, same
  • Sirius, a good CL for buffing carriers (which you don't need rn, it's for OpSi or later chapters)
  • San Diego, with retrofit is a good gun CL and with amazing AA. Only shines in W12-13
  • Z46, a good generalist destroyer
  • Ark Royal, an amazing boss fleet carrier. Slap some converging torpedo bombers and see medium/heavy bosses suddenly lose a lot of health (or use her for slow support only, YMMV)
  • An Shan/Chang Chun if you have their retrofit item. Otherwise skip.
  • Pamiat Merkuria, a coinflip mob tank. Can either be kinda bulky or get wiped easily.

Others I'd like to mention

  • Starters (Z23, Javelin, Laffey, Ayanami)...they are allright
  • Unicorn/Shouhou are good healers if you need more vanguard heals. Ryuuhou is better at keeping both main and vanguard fleet alive or one ship that is lower than others.
  • Shoukaku, but you don't have Zuikaku. Not yet anyway.
  • Phoenix, Cassin or Downes, when you want to penny pinch oil for...war archives, worlds below 9 or events
  • Bismarck, if you want to build an IB fleet. Faction fleets are a niche topic.
  • You have two Helenas locked. One is level 1 - just retire the level 1 copy since you've retrofitted one.
  • Juneau is good for PvP, otherwise kinda trash
  • Sovetskaya Rossiya is a decent barrager that works in both mob and boss
  • Taihou also works everywhere
