Events is a bit of problem since the HM need specific ship, so its hard to build a fleet for them

ok, D maps have Oil Cap what will make ur fleets when isnt cleared u run with ship on Boss full but once they are cleared u will change ur full fleet to mob one

Mob Fleet strict 1:3 with Iron blood only(or Takarada Rikka as exception)
->1:3 for sustainable farming
Boss one is Cross fleet support for Mobs + Boss slapping then, feel free to do whatever you want as long the cross fleeters there(Can remove 1-2 of them)
