there you go, you can send in your ships here
so what exactly are you looking for? a fleet to bring in to w8? mob? boss?
looks like he's looking for long term stuff
I’m basically looking to invest resources into something that get me through the pve without wasting resources on ships with a “shelf life”
Fortunately, most of the ships you have will be pretty good for most of the game. The only ships with a full on shelf life would be Lexington, since she doesn't have a retro like her sister, and bel, since she's been outclassed heavily
Yeah Lexington is a goner 😆
-portland: very durable, does little damage in late game tho
-sandy: retrofit her and she'll carry you throughout
-ark: great bossing CV
-warspite: great bossing BB, but retrofit her first
-essex: buffs USS carriers so better pair her with ships like enty, indep
-london: her retrofit is amazing, does solid damage
-sirius: CV buffer but thats all it is to her
In terms of ships you need, You need more BBs. If possible, see if you can get Hood from either the medal shop or the newbie exam rewards, since she'll be solid enough until you can get other BBs from events
I’m thinking to start working on monarch I just don’t know how lengthy of a process that will be
oh and, almost all your rare + common ships can be scrapped
they hold no value if you want long term stuff
phoenix is decent but tbh theres better options out there
If it's your first PR ship, it'll probably take a bit since you're getting used to it, but it's possible to knock it out relatively quickly once you get to higher worlds. The good thing about PR 1 ships is that you can up their dev levels easily with coins, so Monarch would be a good choice
my first PR ship, neptune, took me 3 months, the first two months with me not understanding how it works to gain the exp and the last month of me crazily farming
i'd say around a month you'll get monarch
For the research academy, I would do either PR3/4, since they have the best equipment drops
Good to know which one should have priority warspite or monarch since gold BP are rare
I would say Monarch, since spite wants a bunch of bulins/copies for her retrofit nodes, and it'll take time to get those
i'd say keep enough for monarch first before retrofitting warspite then
do your hard modes normally and you shouldnt have much problems getting gold BPs
Do this stuff helps?
also keep an eye on the Guild Shop, since they can appear there as well (and of course, remember to reset it for 50 guild coins after each full reset on Friday and Monday)
yes, use these whenever you want
analyze those imo
they turn into protoype cores and you can exchange them for weapon blueprints
set your priorities
- fasten PR grind
- fasten better weapon BP grind
(i'd go with 1 if you want the ship itself more than the weapon)
For most people, 2 is what they go with since the exp grind is the least brutal thing about PR ships
true, but for a casual player like me id still go with 1 since getting the ship itself feels more rewarding than gears. Just based on personal choices
Will se how it goes I remember not having much problems grinding for St. Louis on my old account the problem was upgrading it
that just takes some time, for PR 1 you can use coins tho
Ok thanks
i'd argue it'll be easier since backline gains more exp that vanguard more often than not
True
Gearing is just as important as the ships themselves, so any way to alleviate the weapon grind is good in my book
