and 150 rolls was not enough to get ulrich

Warkai is fine if you focus on HE, ~~otherwise, you can run Ulrich for that.~~rip gacha.

Warspite retrofit. It's a tradition carried from Kancolle where the retrofitted ships are suffixed with "Kai" to denote them

Most chapter 14 bosses are light armor anyway so it's not really necessary

well, 14-1 and 14-2 are heavy, 14-3 are both light and 14-4 is medium, if I recall well

hm, I'm still stuck in 14-1 mostly because I'm still grinding for PR2s (and I'm no that hardcore in terms of how I play because I play it on my actual phone)
for heavy, Warkai can be swapped with either Monarch (if you finished developing her, and she needs flag) or Georgia. For aquila you can swap her for enty (heavy armor) or Veneto (for more general, but afaik Veneto's skill are pretty much HE so she's better for HE)
