I mean, with your ships, you can easily clear it. If arent sure, just slap Shinano and NJ in boss for off map support
For C maps, I suggest Percy + your choice of CL or DD armed with Hedgehog for mob and boss. Should be overkill really

Yeah. I really dont get why your afraid/unsure of Hard map. Just slap in any ship you want to train. This event isnt really hard? Just have annoying subs you need to deal with from time to time

C map. It was easy. I didnt even need the boss fleet to kill the boss. Just there to provide stat and off map support

for me on C1/C3 i just used Shima/Tirpitz, and tirpitz not maxed skills
its the D1/D3 thats tough with a 1:1 fleet design

For D maps. This is my full fleet when Clear Mode is a thing. ignore the ships used and just place any ships that is lv100+ and fully MLB. If your a bit afraid, slap in percy. Also, ditch either the carriers or Battlcruiser depending on who you want to train. I'm training my Gnei Meta so she was the one doing the mob clearing.

Better gear? Well, you need to open boxes and Op Si. op si is the best place for gear cause you get the good parts there to use in Gear Lab

Just clear the entire map every reset and then do the red chest/yellow chest alogn with the red swirls. After those are gone or if you cant do those, farm lvl 5 nodes
